Hi, I’m Jeb Brovsky, CoFounder and CEO of The Farm FC. Soccer has been the heartbeat of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Colorado, I discovered my passion for the Beautiful Game early on, playing club soccer at the Colorado Rush and dreaming of the big leagues. My journey took me to the University of Notre Dame, where I was fortunate to further develop my skills and knowledge of the game, ultimately leading to a professional career in Major League Soccer and Europe.Playing professionally was a dream come true, but the journey didn’t stop there. After hanging up my boots, I found a new calling in coaching, sharing my experiences and love for the game with the next generation. I’ve had the privilege of coaching at the collegiate, high school, and youth club levels, each experience enriching my understanding of the sport and the impact it can have on young lives.Returning to Colorado felt like coming full circle, but I knew there was more I wanted to contribute to the soccer community. Alongside my good friend Andrew Kummer, we envisioned a new way to bring people together through soccer. This vision led to the creation of The Farm FC – a place where we aim to foster not just great players, but great people. Our goal with The Farm FC is to create a supportive, inclusive community where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive, both on and off the field. Soccer has given me so much, and now, through The Farm FC, I’m dedicated to giving back and helping others find their own path within this wonderful sport.
Hi, I’m Andrew Kummer, CoFounder and COO of The Farm FC. Soccer has been an integral part of my life since childhood. Growing up in Las Vegas, I fell in love with the game where I spent countless hours in the yard with the ball and playing every chance I could. Being on the field became my sanctuary and where I dreamed of making an impact in the world of soccer. My journey took me through various levels of competitive play, eventually leading me to a deep understanding and appreciation of this amazing game.I pursued my academic and athletic journey at the University of San Diego, where I earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Advertising in 1991. During this time, I also played for the University’s Division I Men’s Soccer team. My playing career extended to teams like the Colorado Comets, San Diego Sockers Reserves, and Tucson Amigos. In 1999, I earned my United States Soccer Federation “A” License, marking the beginning of my extensive coaching career.Over the years, I've held various significant roles in the soccer community, including serving as the Technical Director at Rush Soccer and the Girls Elite Programming Director at Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club (CRYSC). My experience includes oversight of elite programs, player development, coach evaluation, and education, as well as directing numerous camps and training programs. At The Farm FC, we are passionate about two things: enjoyment and hard work. We believe that these elements go hand in hand in creating an environment in helping individuals improve both as players and more importantly human beings. There is nothing better than helping a player put in the work and seeing them achieve their maximum potential.

Hi, I'm Blake Wellington, CTO of The Farm FC. I am from Denver, Colorado, and I've been playing soccer for as long as I can remember. I played at Skyline, Storm, and Rapids before being recruited to play Division Two soccer at Regis University. I am currently finishing my degrees in computer science and finance. I joined The Farm FC to follow my passion for creating dynamic solutions to help student-athletes take their academic and athletic careers to the next level.
Hello, I’m Aaron Slusher, Ph.D., C.S.C.S., and I serve as the Head of Sport Science at The Farm FC. Throughout my youth and collegiate soccer career in Ohio, I developed a passion for sport science and applying the latest research to enhance soccer performance. Upon graduation, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) and began coaching goalkeepers at Florida Gulf Coast University. In addition to directing the team’s sport performance initiatives, I consulted internationally to integrate the latest exercise science research into youth soccer training models. These experiences continued to fuel my passion for sport science, and I left coaching to pursue a Ph.D. in exercise physiology. For the past decade, my academic career has allowed me to learn from expert exercise physiologists at Yale University, the University of Michigan, and top universities in Virginia and Florida. During that time, I have published nearly 40 scientific research papers, delivered many national and international presentations, and taught numerous college-level courses in sport nutrition, exercise physiology, and strength and conditioning program design. Likewise, my love for the game and passion for helping athletes perform their best continued to grow. At the Farm FC, my goal is simple: empower each individual to compete at their highest level on and off the field. My approach focuses on the physical and emotional needs of each person, understanding their unique experiences, and aligning with their primary goals to identify key areas for short- and long-term improvement. Lastly, I aim to help each individual develop the critical thinking skills and confidence required to make informed decisions about the direction of their soccer journey, thereby enhancing their potential for success on and off the field.
Hi, I’m Tynan Davis. I am a certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. I grew up in California, and after high school, I went to Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO, where I studied athletic training and worked with the men’s and women’s soccer teams. After working at Tyler Texas Junior College (men’s soccer) and the University of Illinois at Chicago (women’s soccer) I returned to Colorado with two goals; to stay involved in the soccer community and help youth athletes avoid injury and stay healthy. As a member of the Farm FC community, I want to help educate and teach you to be the best athlete you can be on and off the field.
